Program Details
As a Hubs Community Manager and content creator, you are the face of our workations — making sure every participant feels welcome, supported, and connected while capturing and sharing the essence of our community through content. Your role blends hospitality, facilitation, and storytelling. From check-in to check-out, you’re the main point of contact: preparing welcome packs, greeting participants, introducing them to others, and ensuring a smooth stay. You’ll manage inventories, house rules, and facility checks to maintain comfort and cleanliness. A big part of your work is community engagement: organizing weekly dinners, publishing the activity calendar, encouraging skill-sharing, and fostering exchanges with locals. Content is central to your role: documenting life at the Hub through photos and short videos, uploading them for our team, and encouraging participants to tag @hubs to amplify reach. In short, you connect people, solve problems, and bring the Hub experience to life.
