The experience

Be part of a project that empowers women and young mothers in our community while immersing yourself in the traditional life of the Bakonzo people ๐Ÿž๏ธ. Youโ€™ll help design educational tools, support skills training, and raise awareness about womenโ€™s rights and advocacy. Perfect for volunteers passionate about gender equality, social justice, and community development. ๐Ÿ’œ


What you offer

3 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Activities & Shift

As a volunteer, youโ€™ll support our womenโ€™s empowerment and community programs through activities such as:

๐Ÿ“ Designing tools and resources on gender mainstreaming, advocacy, and community law.
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Supporting workshops for young mothers and women, focused on crafts, eco-tourism, and gardening skills.
๐Ÿ“ข Helping raise awareness of human rights in the community.
๐Ÿ’ก Bringing your own ideas to strengthen community-led initiatives.


Activities & Shifts

โฐ 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.
๐ŸŒฟ Flexible shifts depending on your skills and project needs.
