The experience

You’ll teach local students (9–17) and resort staff (20–60), most of whom are new to English, computers, and other skills. Teachers create their own lesson plans and track progress closely. Teaching is both challenging and deeply rewarding. Don’t worry if things don’t go perfectly—what matters most is positive interaction and encouragement.


What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 15 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Materials for volunteer activities

Description: -Stay under 3 months: 6,000,000 VND/month/person. Support may vary by skills. -Minimum 3-month stay: 50% off accommodation. Over 3 months: free accommodation. Fee includes meals and lodging at Ta Phin Ho, payable on arrival. Personal expenses (outside meals, tours, tickets) not included. Fee is non-refundable if you leave before the agreed duration.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

We are looking for dedicated volunteers who can help teach a variety of skills, including English and computer literacy, to local students (ages 9-17) and resort staff (ages 20-60). We expect you to be proactive in creating your own lesson plans and tracking your students' progress. This position can be challenging, but the focus is on providing positive interaction and encouragement. The goal is to build a strong connection between our project and amazing volunteers from all over the world. We believe that learning is a shared experience, and we are committed to providing the resources and support you need to succeed.


Activities & Shift

Activities: You will be responsible for teaching English and computer skills to local students and resort staff. This involves preparing and delivering lessons, creating educational materials, and engaging with students and staff in a positive and encouraging manner.

Shifts: A typical shift would be approximately 5 hours per day, allowing you ample time to explore the beautiful area and enjoy your stay. We believe in work-life balance, so you'll have plenty of time for yourself to relax and soak in the experience.


Rules

Behavior: We expect volunteers to be respectful and maintain a tidy environment.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Dietary: A vegetarian diet is preferred.

Engagement: Please be mindful of the fact that hosts are not always present. If you are in a remote or isolated area, be prepared to spend some time alone.
