The experience
you’ll be the face and voice of our tropical paradise. Your job will be to bring the vibrant energy of our stunning location, marine life, and local culture to the world through dynamic and engaging content. You’ll create visual stories, share unique experiences, and highlight our exceptional offerings through social media, blogs, videos, and other digital platforms.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.

Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Beginner Spanish or Beginner English
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
Create Visual Content:
Capture stunning photos and videos of the location, activities, marine life, and experiences.
Curate Instagram stories, TikToks, and YouTube vlogs showcasing the best of the destination.
Produce high-quality content for our website, social media, and promotional materials (including blog posts, email newsletters, etc.).
Storytelling:
Share compelling narratives about the experiences and adventures available at our paradise location.
Use creative writing to highlight local culture, wildlife, and customer stories through engaging posts and captions.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor and engage with community followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely, friendly, and authentic manner.
Content Strategy and Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a content calendar that aligns with promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Work closely with local influencers, guides, and tourism partners to create collaborative content (like guest features and joint videos).
Video Production:
Edit videos, create short-form content (for Reels, Stories, TikTok), and produce high-quality video series (e.g., "Day in Paradise" or "Behind the Scenes").
Utilize drone footage or underwater cameras for immersive content capturing unique landscapes and ocean activities.
Brand Promotion & Engagement:
Promote our services, tours, and accommodations through compelling calls-to-action.
Showcase the local community, environmental conservation efforts, and sustainable tourism practices.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content, making sure it aligns with our mission and values.
Activities & Shift
Work Schedule and Availability
Adherence to Schedule: You are expected to follow the agreed-upon work hours and ensure content is delivered according to deadlines. Flexibility may be required, especially for special events, peak seasons, or urgent content needs.
Off-Duty Boundaries: During your time off, you are not expected to create or manage content unless previously agreed. However, respect for personal time and the opportunity to recharge is encouraged.
Rules
Respect the Location & Community: Always show respect to the local culture, people, and environment. Be mindful of cultural sensitivities, local customs, and wildlife protection guidelines.
Representation: As the face of the brand, your actions both online and offline should reflect the company’s mission, values, and brand identity. Maintain professionalism in all public communications.
No Negative Commentary: Avoid posting any negative comments or content that may harm the reputation of the location, company, or community.
