Join us on Nusa Penida and help create fun content for our two projects:

The Penida Project Hostel 🌴 (a social, capsule-style jungle hostel)

Tapasita Mediterranean Tapas Bar 🍷 (our new seaside restaurant with stunning ocean views).

We’re looking for creative travelers who enjoy making reels and stories to share the vibe of our spaces. You will work alongside with our social media manager to create content aligned with our brands.

What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Intermediate English

Between 22 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Your role will be to create:

1 reel + 1 story per day (either at the hostel or Tapasita) for shorter stays.

Content must be posted before leaving the island and tagged with our official accounts.

Content style: authentic, fun, social-media-friendly (Instagram/TikTok style). Casual phone videos are perfectly fine (no need for pro gear).

FOR LONGER STAYS (1 week plus) 1 reel for each venue each week and 1 story per day rotating between venues. Benefits can be discussed during interview process.

Activities & Shift

Shifts will work around a content plan - day/ night content depending on the theme or message.

Daily: film and post 1 reel + 1 story featuring either the hostel or Tapasita.

Flexible hours (you can create content around your own travel schedule).

We’ll coordinate together which venue you’ll cover each day.
