The experience

Hi guys we are a family business runing a small hotel and cocktail bar. During the period of september and octomber is more quiet so we don't need staff anymore. We do everything by ourself because is not to much work but we need some help on some hours that is more busy. The tasks will depend on the need of the moment. Like service at the bar, help at kichen, cleaning(glasses,floor and around) or help cleaning the rooms etc. Then enjoy the beach

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Albania

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

The program is not exact because the work will depend on what wat we need at the moment. But mostly will be service at the bar, cleaning glasses, help our mum on cleaning the rooms, maybe some help at the kichen on making toast or sandwich and the rest woud be helping us on small things if we need a help that requires 2 people.

Activities & Shift

The shift could be all hours at once or seperated in two (few hours in the morning and few at the afternoon. The rest of your time you can enjoy time at the beach, work online if you have online job, explore the village around, go for kayak etc.
