The experience

We are offering a unique opportunity for enthusiastic volunteers to join our harvest team in a beautiful organic estate, surrounded by nature on Bolsena lake.
Responsibilities:
Hand-picking grapes in the vineyard; Working outdoors in a stunning landscape; Sharing in the rhythm and joy of the harvest season.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Fluent English or Intermediate Italian

Program Details

You will learn how to harvest grapes, understand the stages of ripening, and discover how wine is made — all while working in close contact with nature. Work takes place outdoors, and on rainy days we rest.
The apartment is located in the countryside. A car is available for volunteers to share, therefore having a valid driving licence is not required but very important.

Activities & Shift

You grant the presence on week days, from 7 am to 1 pm. We are looking for one to six person who can work from September to the end of November, minimum one month staying.

Rules

No dogs or cats allowed. We love animals but since we already have two dog that are very lovely and friendly with people but not with other dogs/cats.
If you are already experience with wine industry would be great.
