What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 20 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute €20 per day, which covers their accommodation, three daily meals, and drinks. From this fee, $5 per day is donated to support a local art gallery in Kigali that provides free drawing lessons to students. This way, your stay not only supports your experience but also helps local youth develop their creativity.

What you get

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

This is your chance to combine your passion for social media and storytelling with an unforgettable experience in Kigali.

We are looking for creative volunteers who want to bring their skills in social media, photography, and content creation to support our restaurant.

This is a flexible and creative position — perfect for someone who enjoys freedom, storytelling, and visual content creation.

Activities & Shift

Approx. 20 hours per week spread across 3 days 📅

4 days off to explore Kigali and travel around Rwanda 🛶🌄

Your role will include:

✨ Creating engaging photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
📝 Writing catchy captions and posts that highlight our food, people & culture
💬 Engaging with our online community and responding to messages
💡 Brainstorming fun and creative campaigns to attract more visitors


Your shifts are flexible — as long as content is being created, you’ll have time to enjoy the city and its surroundings.
