The experience

We're searching for a motivated, outgoing energetic human to join our family and help with some small housekeeping and with the activities we host for guests and staff. The housekeeping element of the role is focused on the outside kitchen, helping with the laundry and supporting the manager if/when needed. We have a professional cleaner who cleans the rooms and bathrooms inside the house.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 23 and 45 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We expect you to commit to your assigned tasks with energy and love. We provide a clear description of what's expected depending on what task you have any ask that if on a day your task is quicker than expected that you are still around to engage with the guests or offer to help in other areas.
We will provide you with a little beach hut style private accommodation, daily breakfast & yoga classes, dinner 4 nights per week and left-overs other options around that. Around your help you'll be free to use the facilities as a guest and on your days off have time to explore the island, surf or just relax in our hammocks in the sunshine!

Activities & Shift

Daily activities include welcoming new guests with check-ins and farewells with check-outs, sometimes helping with pick-ups/drives, and being the “vibe-keeper” of the house. You’ll organize and host community activities such as dinners, game nights, bonfires, yoga, or skill shares, making sure everyone feels connected and at home. Part of the role is also keeping our social media alive with authentic content and supporting the manager when needed to keep the flow of the coliving smooth.
