Program Details

Lombok Tides is a new social enterprise, a charity organization in Lombok, Indonesia, dedicated to impact through our program: Surfing Class for Youth & Women – Embrace the Waves: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Z6E1fPIQXEPoBl43szhD69CjCO5NT3bn?usp=drive_link.

As we’re just starting, we don’t yet have an Instagram presence—and that’s where you come in!

We’re looking for our first Social Media Storyteller to help us share our vision, inspire donors, and build momentum. You’ll surf and capture reels in Kuta, Ekas, and Sekotong (plus optional trips to West Sumbawa & Lakey Beach Dompu), turning your experience into content that supports our proposal to donors and sponsors.

Our offer: 16–20 hrs/week filming, editing & posting; create reels & stories; share your surf journey; grow our Instagram; use your own gear; bring fresh ideas.

You’ll get: private homestay room, breakfast, cultural immersion, local exploration, and a recognition certificate.

Requirements: 18+, intermediate English, content creation skills, your own camera/phone & laptop, passion for surfing, and flexibility for “island time.”

💡 Note: As a grassroots initiative, we can’t provide travel/equipment, but your contribution (USD 30/day) covers homestay, meals, and community support.

This is a unique chance to be the first volunteer shaping Lombok Tides’ story—helping youth & women embrace the waves while sharing your adventure with the world. 🌊✨
