Join Our Family: Childcare in the Amazon Jungle of Peru🇵🇪🌳🌎

The experience

We’re a multicultural family (German, Spanish & English) living deep in the Peruvian Amazon with our 4-year-old son and our playful puppy.

We’d love to welcome you as a nanny—spend your days playing, doing light homeschooling, helping with simple cooking or household tasks, and occasionally taking our pup for a walk.

In return, you’ll enjoy the peace and magic of the jungle while exploring the wisdom of the master plants. 🌿✨

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Under 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

🌎Join our family in the jungle of Peru

We’re a multicultural family (German/Spanish/English). We love nature, good vibes, hiking, music, breathbreathworkwork, plant medicine, art, delicious food – and we’d love to welcome you into our little family adventure!

👩‍👩‍👦 Who We Are:
• Small, friendly family with a curious and playful 4-year-old son and Dogo Argentino puppy
• Freelancers who love to travel
• We speak German, Spanish, and English

🧩 What You’ll Do:
• Play and do light homeschooling with our son
• Help with cooking and light housework
• Around 4-5 hours a day (mostly mornings: 8 a.m.–1 p.m.) five days a week
• Afternoons are free (as well as 2 days out of the week) for you to relax or explore

💛 What We Offer:
• Comfortable accommodation
• Three healthy meals a day (we love nutritious food!) and 2 free days out of the
week
• Language exchange – we can teach you German, English, or Spanish
• Don works with plant medicine and teaches Salsa
• Julia paints, practices yoga and mindfulness
• Our son Kai is full of energy and curiosity. He is also language teacher (he speaks 3
languages), a painter, a dancer, a comedian and a nature explorer :-)


If you enjoy kids, traveling, and living close to nature, this is a great way to experience South America while feeling at home.

Activities & Shift

Help 5 hrs in the mornings (play, light homeschooling, easy chores, cooking).

Rest of the day free to explore!
