The experience

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Language Instructor to provide basic English communication training to our crew members. The goal is to enable our team to communicate confidently and fluently with international customers within a 4-week training period. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of our crew.


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 22 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Vietnam

European Union Passport

United States visa or citizenship

Travel insurance

Program Details

- Conduct daily English language lessons focused on basic conversational skills, vocabulary, and common phrases relevant to customer service.
- Develop engaging and easy-to-understand lesson plans tailored to the needs of non-native speakers.
- Assess the progress of each crew member and provide feedback to ensure improvement.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage active participation.
- Prepare and utilize teaching materials, visual aids, and practical exercises.
- Track and document the progress of trainees to ensure they reach basic conversational fluency by the end of the program.

Rules

Proven experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL), especially to beginners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate learners.
Ability to work independently and adapt teaching methods.
Familiarity with customer service terminology is a plus.
Commitment to helping others learn and improve their language skills.
