Volunteer at a Hybrid International School in France
The experience
We’re looking for volunteers to join our team during four on-site sessions a year in France with an innovative hybrid international school. Volunteers support students and staff during classes, activities, and community life — and in return, they gain hands-on experience, connection, and inspiration.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
What you get
1 day off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements
Fluent English
Between 18 and 26 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

– Join outdoor games, evening programs, and trips

Activities & Shift
Daily Duties
• Support teachers during academic blocks (helping students, managing group dynamics)
• Supervise and engage during meals, breaks, and transitions
• Lead or assist with structured afternoon/evening activities
• Handle student well-being check-ins, emotional support, and small conflicts
• Dormitory supervision (rotated across counselor team)
Rotations & Flexibility
• Counselors work in shifts during long days — not all counselors need to be active at all times.
• Some blocks (e.g. early morning, post-lights-out) rotate.
• At least one long break per day should be built into each counselor’s schedule.
