Join our vibrant hostel community on Koh Tao as a General Volunteer! This is a flexible, all-round role where no two days are the same. You'll help with guest check-ins, support at the bar, assist with events, and pitch in wherever your skills are needed. What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details

We're looking for an all-rounder to join our hostel family on Koh Tao! This is a flexible role where you'll jump in and help wherever needed-whether that's welcoming new guests, giving a hand at the bar, keeping the space looking nice, or helping out with events and activities.

Activities & Shift
