Rock Climbing Experience Leader

The experience

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic rock climbing instructor to join our hostel on Koh Tao! You'll have the chance to lead climbing sessions for guests, teach techniques and safety skills, and share your passion for climbing in a fun, social environment

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details

Come be part of our rock climbing program, where you'll help guests of all levels get on the wall, learn new techniques, and stay safe while having fun. You'll run sessions, share tips, and even organize little challenges or events to keep things exciting.

Lead rock climbing sessions for guests of all levels

Teach climbing techniques, safety, and skills

Organize mini climbing challenges, workshops, or events

Help maintain climbing gear and equipment

Assist with general hostel activities as needed

Rules

Respect guests, staff, and fellow volunteers at all times

Follow safety guidelines for climbing and hostel activities

Arrive on time for your scheduled shifts and sessions

Keep shared spaces clean and tidy

Be open, friendly, and willing to help wherever needed

Share your skills and ideas, but always prioritize safety
