Capsule Accom is more than just accommodation — we’re a vibrant community hub where travelers, backpackers, and locals connect. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our crew as Baristas & Kitchen Hands.

☕ Barista Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffees and drinks with consistency and care

Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming attitude

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

5 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We ask for 15 hours working - in return you get free accommodation, breakfast and two meals a week!
