The experience

We’re building something big here in Prague. We are a 200-bed social hostel with a courtyard, food truck, bar, and live music. It’s a massive project that’s coming together day by day, and we want you to be part of the journey.

As a volunteer, you’ll help with events, socializing with guests, bar shifts, and keeping the good vibes flowing. In return, you’ll get free accommodation, food, drinks, and of course, free entry to our famous pub crawls

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

Helping to check in guests in coordination with reception. Socializing with guests in our courtyard, foodtruck, and common room areas. Signing guests up for daily and nightly activities. Taking guests out as a guide to events such as pub crawl, boat party, beer garden, or paddleboats. Maintaining cleaniness around the courtyard. Helping out with social media by sharing stories and posts.
