The experience

We’ve just moved to a new location and there’s plenty of exciting work to do!
Volunteers help with roofing, painting, small repairs, and building new areas like our pub and social spaces. If you enjoy DIY, hands-on projects, or adding creative touches such as murals and artwork, this role is perfect. Every bit of help makes a big impact in shaping our new home.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Intermediate English or Beginner Korean

Between 22 and 38 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We’ve just moved to a beautiful new location by the sea, and while it already feels special, there’s still a lot to build, fix, and create. As a Renovation & Maintenance Helper, you’ll be part of shaping our new home and community space.

Your days will be hands-on and varied — one day you might help repair a roof, the next you’ll be painting walls, fixing furniture, or helping us build new spaces like our pub and chill-out areas. If you’re handy with tools, love DIY, or enjoy painting, you’ll fit right in. And if you have artistic skills like creating murals or adding decorative touches, that’s a huge bonus, though not required.

In exchange for your help, we’ll provide free accommodation and meals, so you’ll always be comfortable and well-fed. You’ll also get the chance to join our freediving activities — the perfect way to balance a day of work with time in the ocean.
