The experience

Welcome to our beachfront hostel in Koh Phangan!
Famous for the Full Moon Party that happens every month, come and join us and help with daily maintenance/landscaping.
Live in paradise and join our social hostel while assisting with keeping our beachfront hostel area clean and well maintained.!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We’re looking for a volunteer to help keep our hostel and surrounding beach area clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, outdoor spaces, and the beach.

Helping maintain a tidy and safe environment around the hostel.

Supporting small maintenance tasks as needed (sweeping, rubbish collection, light repairs, etc.).

Working with the team to ensure the hostel grounds look their best for visitors.

What we’re looking for:

A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in.

Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces clean.

No prior experience required—just reliability and a good work ethic.

Shifts will vary depending on occupancy and schedules.
