The experience

We’re seeking a passionate music and/or art teacher to share creativity with our community. Surrounded by nature 🌺, we host exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events — now we want to expand into offering accessible classes for all ages.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 10 Per day

Description: Volunteer contributes $10 to cover expenses like food and maintenance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 21 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

This is a space where art, food, nature, and community meet 🎨. By teaching music or visual arts, you’ll inspire creativity, foster self-expression, and help us bring more color and sound to the island.

Activities & Shift

-Teach music (instrument, voice, rhythm, theory) and/or visual arts.
-Adapt lessons for beginners and different age groups.
-Support small exhibitions or performances.
-Create an inclusive and inspiring atmosphere.

⏰ Classes happen in the afternoons/evenings. Mornings are free to relax or explore the island 🌞. Volunteers share meals and often join bonfires 🔥, art events, or live music nights.

Commitment: 25 hours per week | 2 days off
