Volunteer in a boat workshop on the Malacca Strait! 🛠️ Assisting in a boat repair workshop, build projects, and run recycling initiatives with local fishermen. Our space blends technical training, environmental awareness, and cultural exchange, supporting sustainable practices and community resilience. Live in a peaceful fishing village, share meals, and learn hands-on skills by the sea. 🌅
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Program Details
This is a non-profit maritime community initiative on the Malacca Strait. Our place supports local fishermen and youth with technical training, recycling projects, and environmental action. Volunteers help with boat repairs, DIY projects, maintenance, and eco-cleanups.
Activities & Shift
Boat repairs, basic construction, and DIY projects
Cleaning and organizing the workshop, kitchen, and tools
Painting and maintenance to fight rust and humidity
Weekly village and coastal cleanup
Recycling fishing nets into useful items
Shifts: 4–5 hours/day, Mon–Thu. Fridays start with cleanup, then free time. Weekends off, with optional local activities.
