🌿 Honey, Agroforestry & Birding Experience🐦
The experience
Come live and help in the heart of Brazil’s Atlantic Forest 🌳🐦! Our farm is located in a protected area near Joinville, where since 2015 I (Alexandre, 38) have been transforming the land through organic food production, regenerative agroforestry, and beekeeping.
I’m an agronomist, beekeeper, vegetarian, and passionate advocate for sustainable living.

Program Details
Here, we host guests via Airbnb, produce honey, grow organic groceries, and welcome birdwatching enthusiasts from all over the world. This is a place to connect with nature, learn hands-on skills, and contribute to a project with real environmental impact.
As a volunteer, you’ll be part of diverse and meaningful tasks, which may include:
🍯 Honey production: maintaining beehives, extracting wax, and processing honey (no direct bee handling required).
🌱 Agroforestry & gardening: planting, maintaining vegetable gardens, and caring for the land.
🏡 Farmhouse renovation & organization: cleaning, painting, and small improvements to keep our space beautiful and functional.
🌿 Organic groceries production: helping with small-scale, healthy food production.
🎨 Creative projects: if you’re an artist, photographer, content creator, or have other talents, we’d love to integrate them into the project.
On rainy days, we shift to indoor activities such as house organization, maintenance, or creative work.
