Live in a Theater/Retreat Space in Cádiz, Spain

The experience

In the countryside, five minutes from the beautiful white village of Vejer and 15 minutes from the beach is Espacio Kuatro. Here we have a huge space that was created for theater, events and retreats with a hostel style loft, large kitchen and two double bathrooms. Outside on the spacious land there is a grey water pond, vegetable garden, and solar system that powers the property. A few weekly activities and a retreat once a month included.

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 21 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We ask for three hours daily, five days a week when there are no retreats in exchange for lodging. During retreats we ask for five hours daily in exchange for food, lodging and retreat participation.

Activities & Shift

Watering the garden, laundry, cleaning the theater, if appropriate photos, videos or help with publicity. You can choose to work mornings or afternoons or alternate.

Rules

We are very hands-off and look for people with self-motivation and organization who are eager and open to creating their day and jobs. We expect you to keep the common areas clean and have open communication if there are other volunteers. We prefer non-smokers or to smoke outside of the property.
