At Bring Hope for Children Tanzania, we aim to make volunteering accessible and impactful. While most of our services are offered freely, we kindly ask volunteers to contribute a small additional fee. This fee is used solely to support and sustain the program.

Program Details
The Event, Social Media, and Website Report Coordinator plays a key role in planning, promoting, and documenting BHCT activities. The position ensures that events are well-organized, updates are shared across BHCT’s online platforms, and accurate records are kept for donors, partners, and the public.
The role supports BHCT’s communication strategy by:
Creating engaging content for social media and the website.
Coordinating events from planning to post-event reporting.
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of activities.
Activities & Shift
Main Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing events.
Communicate with vendors, volunteers, and participants.
Ensure event logistics (venue, materials, schedule) are ready.
Social Media Management
Post regular updates, photos, and stories on BHCT’s platforms.
Respond to comments/messages and engage the audience.
Track engagement statistics for reporting.
Website Reporting
Upload event summaries, photo galleries, and announcements.
Keep organizational information updated.
Documentation
Prepare monthly activity reports for internal use.
Provide donor-friendly summaries with visuals.
