JetSki & Watersports Crew

The experience

We are looking for experienced water sports crew to work along side our local staff providing memorable experiences for our guests. We look after all of the premium hotels in Desaru as well as the Public Beach area and run a fleet of jetskis and towing rides for international guests.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Chinese

Between 23 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

The ideal candidte would be comfortable and experienced in watersport activities. They would work alongside our regular teams, moving jetskis; giving safety briefings; launching kayaks or reppositioning catamarans.

Activities & Shift

Typically volunters work approx 25 hoyurs per week-we find it more popular to do this over 3 full days, and give them 4 days off to travel locally and explore Malaysia.

Rules

Behave like an adult!
We expect volunters to behave respectfully to each other; our staff and guests. We arrange transport for all volunters, so we need punctuality. We have some basic house rules around being considerate to other volunters, but generaly just common sense.
