Join us as a Bike Tour Guide in the paradise of Jericoacoara🚲
Lead guests on scenic rides, share your local tips, ensure safety, and keep the bikes in top condition.
To join, you should be fit 💪, have cycling experience, speak Portuguese or English, and know basic bike maintenance (gears, brakes, chain, seat, cleaning, lubrication).

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Portuguese

Between 20 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

📌 You’ll guide visitors through unique routes, connecting them with the natural beauty and culture of Jericoacoara. We provide training on trails, safety, and local highlights, plus bikes and maintenance tools.

When tours are not scheduled, you’ll help in our shop—welcoming visitors, sharing information, and assisting with tour sales. All we ask in return is commitment, responsibility, and a positive, people-first attitude 🌟.

Activities & Shift

✅ Guide bike tours (sunrise, sunset & daytime)
✅ Explain routes & share local culture
✅ Ensure group safety during rides
✅ Perform basic bike checks & maintenance
✅ Support in the shop: welcoming & selling tours

Shifts are usually morning or afternoon, depending on the weekly schedule and weather.
