We’re a small, family-run hostel located in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming space for travelers from around the world while sharing the culture, flavors, and energy of Vietnam.

Program Overview:
Volunteers join our team to help with daily hostel operations while enjoying the vibrant city life of Hanoi. Tasks include:

Welcoming and chatting with guests

Assisting at reception

Helping in the kitchen or with meals

Light housekeeping and keeping shared spaces tidy
