The experience

Your Role is about fun, social interaction and personal growth. You will be primarily responsible for managing a socially safe environment where everyone can enjoy a diverse catalogue of activities that project the company's core values.

It is about creating the right context for guests and staff to feel motivated to participate.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate German

Between 18 and 39 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
