Cats, Chickens & Cleaning – Your Own Cozy Tiny House Awaits

The experience

Need help to keep 2 cats and 28 chickens alive and to clean treehouses with the main house. For the cleaning part you will get paid per unit that you clean, while for a bit of gardening and animals part you get your little 36m2 house to fully enjoy for yourself.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent Croatian or Fluent English

Between 21 and 70 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

Cleaning

Depending on the occupancy of the units, difficult to say how many hours but sometimes 2 hrs a day, sometimes 6, sometimes couple of days off...

Chickens
Opening and closing the chicken coop, feeding and changing water and collection egss

Cats
Feeding twice a day and loving them all day long :)
