The experience

Join our family-run non-profit in Akuressa, Sri Lanka, and help preschool & primary kids learn through games, songs, art, and basic English. No experience needed — just kindness and energy! Enjoy cultural exchange, local trips, and the joy of inspiring young minds while supporting our children’s home and community projects

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 140 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute €140/week, which includes your stay, all meals, airport transfers, local trips & picnics — plus a donation to support our children’s home and community projects.

What you get

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
