The experience

Hello and welcome from Cat Ba Island! 🌅

We’re a small, family-run hotel located on the stunning Cat Ba Island, Vietnam. Our place is cozy, mid-range, and known for our warm hospitality. We’re currently looking for a friendly and reliable volunteer to join our team and help with food and drink service.

Your main tasks will include:
🍹 Serving drinks
🍽️ Serving food to guests
🧼 Cleaning up empty tables and keeping the dining area tidy

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Program Description:
Come join our small, family-run hotel on the beautiful island of Cat Ba, Vietnam! We’re looking for a helpful and sociable volunteer to support our food and beverage service team.

As a volunteer, you’ll be helping with:

Serving drinks and simple meals to guests

Cleaning up and resetting tables

Keeping the dining area clean and organized

Occasionally assisting with small tasks as needed

We ask for:

5 hours per day, 5 days per week

A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of the team

Basic English skills (enough to communicate with guests)

A friendly and respectful approach toward guests and coworkers

Rules

We ask for 5 hours of help per day, 5 days a week, and in return, you’ll get a chance to experience island life, meet travelers from around the world, and become part of our family for a while.
