What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 20 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

As our Event Promoter Volunteer, you’ll:

-Assist with check-ins and check-outs

Provide guests with local tips, activity recommendations, and hostel information

Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Support guests with basic requests
Assist the housekeeping team with room preparations

Help maintain common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready

Support with laundry tasks when needed
Help during social activities or hostel events

Assist in the restaurant/bar area during high-demand moments (as support only)

Contribute with creative ideas to improve the guest experience

Activities & Shift

Around 30 hours per week

2 days off to explore Flores and its surroundings

Most shifts happen in the afternoon/evening, depending on the events calendar

Flexible scheduling based on upcoming activities and your skills

Follow House Rules – Including quiet hours and visitor policies 🏠
