The experience

Help with front desk reception at our hostel! Assist guests with check-ins, arrivals, and general support. Friendly, responsible, and comfortable working space.
Basic English required—experience a plus.
3 shifts a week.

Shift hours:
Morning shift: from 7am until 3pm.
Afternoon shift: from 3pm until 11pm.
Night shift: from 11pm until 7am.

What you offer

8 hours of help per day

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Beginner Portuguese and Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
