What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Beginner Spanish or Beginner English

Between 18 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Join us at Casita Hostel Bangkok as we bring our new café space to life! This is a unique opportunity to co-create something special with fellow travelers and locals. You’ll help with light painting, decorating, and adding personal touches that make our café warm and welcoming. No special skills needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a friendly spirit.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team and have plenty of time to explore Bangkok, connect with new friends, and enjoy the hostel vibe.

Activities & Shift

You’ll contribute approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, working in one continuous shift—so the rest of the day is yours to relax or discover the city. Activities may include:

Painting walls or signs

Arranging décor

Light repairs and improvements

Brainstorming ideas to make the space unique

Sharing a coffee when the work is done!
