What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Fluent English and Fluent Spanish

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

As a front desk volunteer, you’ll be at the heart of the hotel’s social life, providing exceptional service to our guests. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest requests, and guide them throughout their stay in Santa Teresa. You’ll also learn our reservation system and help ensure the cleanliness and overall presentation of the hotel. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality while meeting people from all over the world!

Activities & Shift

Shifts are available in the morning, daytime, or evening:

Morning: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Daytime (Middle): around 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The same principles apply for all shifts—you’ll be at the heart of guest interactions, helping with check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and supporting the smooth running of the hotel.
