The experience

We are looking for a language Exchange. Our daughter is 7 years old and she needs assistance with expanding her French. We would also appreciate some help in the garden and the house for cleaning. Over the years we have hosted more than 400 people.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent French or Beginner English

Over 20 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We offer flexible hours, but mainly we need assistance on the weekends. Volunteers are welcome to also find paid work in the city.
