The experience
At our foundation, we believe that empowering women is the key to transforming entire communities. πͺπΎπ«
We work directly with over 100 women in vulnerable conditions across the Arusha region β including widows, single mothers, women living with HIV/AIDS, and adolescent girls. Our mission is to create equal opportunities through training in entrepreneurship, health education, mental wellness, and advocacy for human rights.
What you offer
5 hours of help per day
Elderly Care:
Assisting and spending time with the elderly.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Description:
To support our impact and cover accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), we kindly ask volunteers for a $10/day contribution. Your stay helps sustain the project and the community we serve. π

Weβre looking for passionate volunteers β preferably with experience or interest in areas like:
-Business development & entrepreneurship
-Health & nutrition
-Psychology or counseling
-Gender equality & human rights
-Sewing & fashion design
-Education & public health
Youβll facilitate workshops (lasting at least one week) for groups of 10β20 women, co-creating tools that enable them to build a better life.
Your impact may include:

Teaching about reproductive health, nutrition & chronic disease prevention

Collaborating with our 50 seamstresses to innovate new product lines
