What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Intermediate English

Between 19 and 30 years old

Program Details

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and chatting with guests to make them feel at home

Assisting with check-ins and guest inquiries

Leading daily games, beach activities, and party events

Organizing and helping set up events and promotions

Creating engaging content (photos/videos) for social media

Bringing fresh ideas to boost guest interaction and party participation

Activities & Shift

Working Hours for Party Rep
Shifts are split into two sessions per day:
🕑 14:00 – 19:00 : Afternoon shift – guest check-ins, preparing events, welcoming new arrivals
🍹 18:30 – 23:30 : Evening shift – leading games, activities, and parties

Rules

Party Rep Rules – Slumber Party Hostel Koh Tao
To keep the energy high and the team strong, we ask all Party Reps to follow these rules:

Be On Time
Show up for both shifts (14:00–19:00 and 18:30–23:30) ready to go.
Punctuality shows respect to your team and the guests.

Always Engage With Guests
Your main job is to connect with people — don’t just stand around. Start conversations, invite guests to join games, and make everyone feel welcome.

Lead by Example
Keep the energy up, stay respectful, and act as a role model during games, parties, and social settings.

Be Responsible While Drinking
You’re allowed to party, but you’re still representing the brand. Don’t get too drunk or cause problems.

Keep the Space Clean & Help Set Up
Help with event setup and clean up — this is a team effort.

No Outsiders in Staff Rooms
Do not bring guests or outside people into staff rooms or staff-only areas. Keep work and personal life separate.

No Drugs, No Drama
Strict no-drug policy and zero tolerance for behavior that causes conflict or drama with guests or staff.

Respect Everyone
Guests, staff, and fellow reps deserve respect at all times — no inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

Social Media Content
If assigned to help with content, make sure it's high-energy, respectful, and in line with our brand image.
