The experience

We’re hiring a paid Early Years Teacher (40–50K THB/month + housing) for our Waldorf-inspired school in Phuket, Thailand. Must be a native English speaker with a degree in education and a teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed.). Join a nurturing, nature-based environment supporting young children’s development through play, rhythm, and creativity.

Program Details

We are seeking a warm, experienced Early Years Teacher to join our Waldorf-inspired Nursery & Kindergarten in Phuket, Thailand. The role involves supporting young children’s development through rhythm, nature-based play, storytelling, music, and hands-on learning. For children aged 4.5 years and above, the teacher will gently introduce phonics and early maths in a playful, developmentally appropriate way. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a degree in education and a recognized teaching qualification. This is a paid position (40–50K THB/month) with housing provided. The teacher will work closely with our team to create a nurturing, creative, and holistic environment rooted in Waldorf values.


Activities & Shift

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Teachers enjoy regular Thai public holidays as well as extended school breaks in October, December, and April, offering a healthy balance between commitment and rest throughout the year.
