EcoTours, Retail and Teambuilding on The Beach in Malaysia

The experience

DashOutdoors operate WATERSPORTS; TEAMBUILDING and ECO TOURS for all of the premium hotels in Desaru, Johor. Volunteers get to experience all areas of our operation, plus we love them to get to interact and share experience with our full time local and international staff. The language skills and cultural exchange is always two way. We look for people who can bring something to the party; so experience in sports and entertainment is great!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Malay / Malaysian

Under 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Typically, you would work 3 days with 4 days off to allow you to travel and experince Singapore and Malaaysia. We give you a food allowance each week and great accomodation. When helping we want you to have safe fun, and to help us to create memorable visits for our guests.

Activities & Shift

Typical work day is 10-6pm. At the beach; or helping run events. Visiting the Mangrove Forests, or just helping with basic maintenance. Watersports is at the core of what we do, so Jetskis; Kayaks and all sorts of boards are always on the go!
