Program Details
Your help may include tasks such as preparing meals, cooking, baking, harvesting and preserving, kitchen and common space cleaning, composting etc. Work is always adjusted to your energy levels and the rhythm of the seasons, trying to find a balance between offering and receiving.
As a Worldpacker here, you’ll become part of a small, conscious community devoted to ecological restoration and intentional living. You’ll contribute around 25 hours per week (5 hours/day, 5 days/week) and in return receive:
🛏️ Cozy shared or private accommodation
🥗 Healthy vegetarian/vegan meals
📚 Practical training in regenerative gardening and permaculture
🌀 Potential access to workshops, holistic events, or private community gatherings
It’s an ideal setting for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature, learn regenerative skills, and contribute to a meaningful, long-term vision.
Activities & Shift
Normally, our schedules and tasks adapt to the seasons and weather.
Work in the house and kitchen is naturally more independent of weather conditions and more dependent on eating times. You will usually have about 2-3 hours of cooking duties, and the rest of the time can be divided between kitchen cleaning and homekeeping tasks, seasonal harvesting and preserving of produce, decorating spaces and more, based on your energy and personal taste!
As a general rule, we aim to keep the work dynamic, collaborative, and adapted to your strengths.
Rules
As a team, we value respect, communication, and a community spirit. To ensure a harmonious space we ask you to:
-Respect the agreed schedule and team rhythm
-Be open to feedback and supportive of others
-Absolutely no violence, discrimination, or substance abuse
-Keep shared spaces tidy and contribute to a peaceful, kind atmosphere
This is a safe and nurturing place to grow - together with the land, and within ourselves 🌻
