Program Details

We expect our Worldpackers to be responsible, respectful, and open to living in nature. You’ll help us with simple breakfast prep (fruit, coffee, eggs), guest check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space. Some days are quiet, others more dynamic, so we value flexibility and initiative.

In return, you’ll have a private room, daily breakfast, and access to all common areas: kitchen, pool, and our private lagoon club just 600m away. If available, you can also enjoy kayaks, paddle boards, and tours.

We mostly communicate via WhatsApp, and our staff is nearby and happy to help. We treat volunteers as part of the family and want you to feel at home. We ask for 6 hours of help a day (with breaks), and you’ll always have free time to rest, explore, and enjoy the magic of Buenavista.

Activities & Shift

Your main activities will include:
Preparing a light breakfast (fruit, eggs, coffee)
Helping with check-ins and check-outs
Keeping common areas tidy
Shifts are relaxed and depend on guest flow. Most help is needed in the morning (7:30–10:30) and afternoon (2:30–5:30), but some days may require less time. We keep things flexible and organized day by day.
