The experience

Hi loves,

Me and my baby boy Bodhi (6 1/2m) are looking for holistic help around the house and during activities/trips with us :)

We’ve just moved back to Thailand from Guatemala and in need of someone who really loves to make the house a home. Is ready to be part of this little family (mama, baby, cat and occasional friends staying over).

In love with nature & slow living.

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent German

Between 25 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

You’ll have your own cosy room and bathroom.
Sometimes the cat is visiting you in your room.
We have a indoor outdoor living space and we’re in rainy season :) so please be aware of the humidity and the challenges the season brings :)
We love to go on cute trips around Pai valley and around Thailand. Occasionally around Asia.
We’re trying to buy as much organic as possible in the season, the fridge is filled and for you to use as well.

Activities & Shift

- helping hand with Bodhi, entertaining him for an hour or two whilst Mama has some time for other things
- making the house and garden cosy and cute
- light cleaning around (we do have a cleaning angel coming in as well)
- accompanying us during trips around the valley / inside and outside of Thailand
- helping to organise the household
- you love to cook, willing to also cook meat
- loves cats and all animals around
- holistic childcare approach
- drive the car for us when needed
- flexible helping hours. We sit down each week to make a plan aligning with all of our needs
- fluid days off

Rules

- must have international drivers license and must be able to drive in Thailand :)
- must have cared for kids in Bodhi’s age before
- please no alcohol / drugs in the house
- we’re in a Thai village outside of Pai (5min drive), please respect the local culture
