What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:

Requirements
Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 20 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesnât accept couples or partners)

Program Details
As a volunteer, youâll help our guests feel welcomed and informed when they arrive after long journeys. Youâll assist our team during afternoon and evening shifts, helping with front desk support and light tasks.
đ Tasks include:
-Greeting and checking in guests (mainly late afternoons and evenings)
-Giving brief tours of the hostel and answering questions about Quito
-Helping prepare morning coffee or basic breakfast items
-Supporting a calm, respectful nighttime atmosphere
-Encouraging guests to explore local hikes, museums, and markets
