The experience

Join our themed café corner in Bangkok! ☕👘 Help us prepare coffee, tea, or simple breakfasts while guests rent kimonos, qipaos or school uniforms for photos. If you love café culture, barismo, or pastries — and enjoy aesthetics, good vibes and playful moments — this is for you. We offer a fem dorm bed, breakfast, costumes, and community.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Between 18 and 40 years old

At Casita Hostel Bangkok, we’re opening the doors of our themed café corner, where travelers not only enjoy a good brew… they also rent traditional outfits to take beautiful photos and live an experience.

We’re looking for a volunteer with barista skills or passion for café culture, who wants to co-create this unique blend of coffee, costumes and connection.

– Know how to make espresso, pour-over, matcha or specialty drinks
– Love morning energy, pastries, fruit bowls, or Japanese-style snacks
– Enjoy aesthetic details and presentation
– Can welcome guests with warmth and a touch of play
– Speak basic English (Asian languages (Thai / Japan / Korea = a big plus)
– Love cultures, tea, anime, or just dressing up for fun

– Respect the energy of the outfit experience: it’s playful, not pushy
– Be mindful with volume, music and scent — it’s an aesthetic space
– Be inclusive: no judgments based on looks, gender, identity or culture
