🧘‍♀️ WELLNESS VOLUNTEER PROGRAM – CASITA HOSTEL BANGKOK
Lead morning yoga or soulful movement in the heart of Bangkok.

We are a boutique hostel located just 3 blocks from the Grand Palace and the MRT. We’re inviting one volunteer at a time to guide morning yoga, pilates, breathwork, or any conscious movement that helps travelers begin their day grounded and inspired.

Sessions take place outdoors, in our terrace or open-air area, in a quiet moment before the city wakes up. You’ll hold space for a small group of 5–8 guests — backpackers, creatives, solo travelers and curious souls.

If you also offer massage, reiki or bodywork, we’re happy to support you in offering that optionally (not mandatory), as a loving extra for guests.

🛏️ What we offer:
– Dorm fem bed in our boutique hostel
– Daily breakfast
– Access to all events (tours, pub crawls, cultural nights)
– Outdoor space with mats and good vibes
– A warm, multicultural community

💫 What we’re looking for:
– Experience in yoga, pilates or similar
– Kind, intuitive, and reliable presence
– English speaker (other languages welcome)

Activities & Shift

You’ll volunteer 5 days a week (2 days leading sessions + 3 days supporting our flow):

🧘‍♀️ 2 mornings per week:
– Lead a yoga, pilates or movement session (approx. 1 hour)
– Optional: prepare a small healthy drink/snack to accompany the practice (we’ll help!)

🌞 3 flexible days:
– Help prepare the space, mats, music or aromatherapy for sessions
– Support with wellness therapies (if you offer massage or similar)
– Collaborate with our Casita social media (photos, reels, wellness tips)
– Min. stay: 2 weeks (negotiable)

🪷 All contributions are co-created.
We value presence, not perfection.

⏰ Time commitment: 4 -5 hours per day max
🛏️ Days off: 2 flexible days per week

Rules

At Casita, we don’t believe in strict rules — but we do believe in respect.

This is a shared space, full of cultures, stories and energies.
As a wellness volunteer, we ask you to:

– Respect silence and rest during the mornings and nights
– Be inclusive: no discrimination of any kind is tolerated
– Keep a kind, open and collaborative spirit
– Care for the spaces you use (yoga mats, kitchen, terrace)
– Lead with warmth, not ego
– And always remember: you’re not just giving — you’re also part of this home
