Tourism-Focused Volunteering Program at RIC Ngawi

At RIC (Rumah Inggris Course) Ngawi, we proudly offer a special volunteering experience that blends language learning with local tourism development! 🇮🇩🗺️

Our students don’t just learn English inside the classroom — they’re also trained to become local tour guides, and your presence can truly boost their journey!

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Indonesia

What's not included

Accommodation Rules:

We kindly ask all participants to respect local culture and traditions.
Unmarried couples are not permitted to share the same room. This policy is in place to honor the local community’s cultural and religious values and to prevent any misunderstandings.
