Program Details

Past students have explored deep and challenging topics, such as:
• Gender-based violence and the lived experiences of women and girls in rural areas
• The complex realities of HIV & AIDS and why these issues persist, even with available health centers and awareness campaigns

These are not just statistics here. Behind every research question lies a human story. Our work takes place in real communities where people are eager to share, collaborate, and find solutions together. You’ll work side by side with local youth, health workers, women’s groups, and educators to better understand these challenges and help shape positive change.

We invite international volunteers, students, and researchers who are:
• Deeply curious about gender, health, human rights, or climate change
• Open to listening, learning, and immersing themselves in a new culture
• Ready to contribute to something bigger than themselves
