The experience

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented person with a passion for photography, video, and visual storytelling. At La Casa dels Boscos, you’ll live surrounded by nature and silence, with the mission of capturing and sharing the soul of the place on our social media. You’ll have creative freedom, but with clear goals: we require at least one reel per day for each day of your stay. You must appear in the reels yourself—speaking

What you offer

2 hours of help per day

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

At La Casa dels Boscos, we offer a unique and enriching experience for content creators who want to blend creativity, travel, and personal growth in a natural setting. Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and a quiet forest just outside Tarragona, our space is designed for solo travelers seeking inspiration, peace, and authenticity. Here, you’ll have the freedom to create while disconnecting from the noise of daily life. Whether you're capturing reels, telling stories, or simply enjoying the silence, La Casa dels Boscos is a place where ideas flow, nature grounds you, and every day becomes a chance to reconnect—with yourself and your audience.

Activities & Shift

The volunteer will be responsible for producing daily content for our social media (Instagram), including photos, videos, reels, stories, and short clips that authentically capture the essence of La Casa dels Boscos and the surrounding area. Content should highlight both the experience of staying at the house and the beauty of nearby places—nature, beaches, villages, and local landmarks. You’ll be expected to appear in the reels, speak directly to the camera, and share personal impressions to engage a broad, international audience, especially solo travelers. We offer full creative freedom, but with clear goals: increase visibility, build an emotional connection with followers, and attract our ideal guest. Schedules are flexible and adapted to natural light and weather conditions, with a focus on quality, originality, and honest storytelling over volume.

Rules

This space is for those seeking peace, relaxation, and an authentic volunteering experience in a simple, family-like setting. This is not a hotel but a private home with single rooms and shared areas. If you want to party, go out at night, or cause disruptions, please look elsewhere—here, respect, calm, and responsibility are key.

Quiet hours:
Absolute silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Respect for nature and neighbors:
This peaceful place is near the woods. Avoid behaviors disturbing nature or neighbors.

Access and visitors:
Only registered volunteers allowed. No visitors or guests, even briefly.

Use of common areas:
Use shared spaces responsibly, preferably during the day. Clean up after use.

Cleanliness:
Keep your room and shared areas tidy.

Alcohol and substances:
No alcohol or substances that disturb peaceful coexistence.

Smoking:
No smoking indoors. Allowed only in designated outdoor areas, away from woods.

Security:
Lock doors and windows when leaving. We’re not liable for unattended belongings.

Resource use:
Use water, electricity, and resources responsibly.

Behavior:
This is a private home, not a tourist spot. Be proactive, respectful, and cooperative.

Violating rules may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
