The experience

Join us in Vlore, Albania, at our cozy and vibrant beachside hostel! We're looking for a friendly volunteer to assist with reception, cleaning, administration and housekeeping. You'll be the heart of our guest interactions, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable. During your free time, soak up the sun on the beautiful Albanian Riviera, explore local culture, or unwind in our lush garden. We offer flexible working times.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details

We are a small hostel centrally located in the beach town Of Vlore, Albania. Our hostel is one floor with three dorms. Two mixed rooms and a female dormitory. We have a really nice outdoor area in the garden with plenty of seating for all the guest so the evenings are very social and fun. We also have a small bar outside for the guests.
You will have to help with checking people in and out, changing the bed sheets, doing the laundry and administrate the availability of the Hostel on our websites.

Activities & Shift

Shifts are to be discussed.
Learning the skills to manage a hostel and interact with people of all ages from all over the world. You will gain some knowledge of the business end and the accounting side of the hostel.
